Technical trainings for service-authorized agency partners and customer service centres
JK’s customer service offers annual trainings for the national and international market to all service-authorized agency partners and customer service centres.
We constantly think about how to make our service trainings even more interactive and appealing in order to optimize our training concept, as there are always many new theoretical contents that have to be communicated in a short amount of time.
As such, we have decided to hand out a workbook to all participants in the trainings. In this workbook the participants can work on tasks for themselves or in group work or have to write down new information explained by our trainers. This pursues the goal to make the trainings more animated and entertaining.
Additionally we provide so-called tanning simulators in the trainings. They serve to familiarize the participants with the electronics in an easy way and to simulate various processes and errors.
At the end a compulsory final written test comprising all important subject areas is usually carried out.
After the training the participants fill out a feedback sheet which is evaluated by the trainers.
The training atmosphere and also the products and techniques presented are always perceived by the participants as very good, which is of course always satisfying for us.
