  • E501 Error reading or writing on the EEPROM
  • E502 Error configuring the control panel
  • E503 (Open) Safety chain open
  • E516 Error starting the frequency converter pump
  • E517 Frequency converter pump voltage Vdd too low
  • E518 Frequency converter pump voltage Vdd too high
  • E519 Frequency converter pump temperature too low
  • E520 Frequency converter pump temperature too high
  • E521 Frequency converter pump voltage Umess IZW too low
  • E522 Frequency converter pump voltage Umess IZW too high
  • E523 Frequency converter pump intermediate circuit voltage Uzw too low
  • E524 Frequency converter pump intermediate circuit voltage Uzw too high
  • E525 Frequency converter pump ripple voltage too high
  • E526 Frequency converter pump motor current too high
  • E527 Frequency converter pump intermediate circuit voltage Uzw mit PFC too low.

  • E530 WARNING: Frequency converter pump temperature has reached prewarning level
  • E531 Faulty communication between frequency converter pump and process control unit
  • E532 Frequency converter pump current loop interrupted
  • E548 Water temperature too low < 0°C
  • E549 Water temperature too high > 80°C
  • E550 Interruption temperature safety chain
  • E551 Warning threshold water temperature >42°C has been reached

Driving motor 1

  • E564 Nozzle unit motor gives no impulses during reference movement
  • E565 Nozzle unit motor gives various impulses according to the direction during reference mo-vement (mechanical slip)
  • E566 Reference movement is not terminated within waiting time.
  • E568 Nozzle unit motor is switched off due to constant overcurrent supply
  • E569 Nozzle unit does not stopp within waiting time
  • E570 Nozzle unit does not start (single movement)
  • E571 Nozzle unit does not reach destination within waiting time
  • E572 Nozzle unit does not start (pendular movement)
  • E573 Nozzle unit does not shuttle any more
  • E574 Motor control card cannot be adjusted (software of motor control card out of date)
  • E575 Nozzle unit does not reach limit switch within waiting time
  • E576 Nozzle unit does not drive as expected
  • E580 Something has been plugged into the card reader but it cannot be approached (card turned)
  • E581 No massage programme has been recorded
  • E582 Error writing on the card
  • E583 Card cannot be written on
  • E600 Timer for activity control on the I²C bus has run out
  • E602 I²C bus communication with RTC component faulty
  • E603 I²C bus communication with control panel faulty
  • E604 I²C bus communication with motor control card faulty
  • E605 I²C bus communication with EEPROM component faulty

Driving motor 2

  • E664 The counting impulses are not transmitted resp. are not counted.
  • E665 With the reference movement differences are detected during the impulse counting comparison.
  • E666 Despite several reference movements the reference movement could not be completed successfully.
  • E668 Driving motor is blocked.
  • E669 Cable error, motor control card error.
  • E670 No voltage to the motor.
  • E671 No voltage to the motor.
  • E672 No transmission in the nozzle car engine.
  • E673 No transmission in the nozzle car engine.
  • E674 I²C Bus error or motor control card without function, software motor regulation and circuit board not compatible.
  • E675 No power transmission in the nozzle car engine.

Driving motor 2

  • E764 The counting impulses are not transmitted resp. are not counted.
  • E765 With the reference movement differences are detected during the impulse counting comparison.
  • E766 Despite several reference movements the reference movement could not be completed successfully.
  • E768 Driving motor is blocked.
  • E769 Cable error, motor control card error.
  • E770 No voltage to the motor.
  • E771 No transmission in the nozzle car engine.
  • E772 No transmission in the nozzle car engine.
  • E773 No transmission in the nozzle car engine.
  • E774 I²C Bus error or motor control card without function, software motor regulation and circuit board not compatible.
  • E775 No power transmission in the nozzle car engine.

Legend

  • FU = Frequency converter
  • Vdd = Internal voltage in the frequency converter. This value cannot be measured from outside.
  • Umess IZW = Internal voltage in the frequency converter. This value cannot be measured from outside.
  • Uzw = Internal voltage in the frequency converter. This value cannot be measured from outside.
  • STB = Temperature limiter 50°C
  • I²C Bus = Bus system for communication between control and the inserted components
  • Izw = Current in the intermediate circuit
  • RTC = Internal components of the frequency converter
  • PFC = Efficiency factor correction
